Where will the exhibition run?
The exhibition will run in Crocus Expo, Pavilion 3, Halls 13,14, 15, 17, 18.

How can I find out who exhibits and what is presented at the exhibition?
The exhibition website has a convenient exhibitor directory, where you can find not only the names of exhibiting companies, but also additional information about the products and brands they represent as well as contact information and events scheduled on their stands.
Do I need to pay extra for participation in the events of the exhibition program?
Each event has its own conditions. The conditions for participation in each specific event can be found on the “About” page.
On which show day is it better to come?
All show days are equally useful for visiting - they run with the same composition of exhibitors. We recommend that you first focus on the events in which you want to participate, because there will be no changes in the exposition itself for four days.
Do I need a ticket to the exhibition?
Yes. An entrance ticket (badge) is required for your passage. You can register online and get your ticket to your e-mail. It is very convenient, because:
- you can register at any time that suits you
- after the registration, you will receive your badge immediately to your e-mail address, you just need to print it.
- when coming to the exhibition, you can immediately go into the halls, avoiding the registration
- if you have not printed / lost / forgot your badge, it will easily be restored right at the exhibition at the front desk by your last name
Is it possible to buy one ticket for 3 or 4 days of the show?
Yes, this year it is possible to get tickets for multiple days. You just need to decide when you want to visit the show.
Is it possible to buy 2 tickets?
Please, pay attention that it is not possible to get 2 tickets to one e-mail address. You can use your e-mail only once during the registration.
What should I do if I have registered, but the ticket hasn’t been sent to my email?
Please check the folder JUNK, sometimes emails for some reason get into it. But if you cannot find the message with the online ticket there, please write about the problem from the e-mail address you marked during the registration to the technical support e-mail address email@example.com.
What should I do if I registered, but then I lost my ticket and a message with a ticket?
Please write about the problem from the e-mail address you provided during the registration to the technical support e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or come to the exhibition and state your name at the registration desk.
Is it possible to come to the exhibition with a child?
Yes. There are no age restrictions at the exhibition - the event has a status of 0+.
Do I need to register a child?
No, a child accompanied by an adult will pass without registration.
Do I have to buy a ticket for a disabled / retired person?
The exhibition is not financed either from the city or from the federal budget, it is fully specialized, and therefore there are no state benefits do applied for visiting the exhibition.
What is the best way to prepare myself for an exhibition?
We recommend studying the exhibitor directory and events of the business program to identify what is interesting for you. Already at the exhibition, take a show guide, which contains an exhibition plan, a list of exhibitors and a program of events.
Why should I visit the exhibition every time there are the same companies there?
This is not true. More than a third part of companies of each exhibition are those which have not previously participated in it. In addition, the exhibitors are trying to present their new products and the best offers.
Thus, visiting the exhibition will allow you to meet already familiar companies, meet new participants and learn about the new products of the market.
During the Event
How to get a print catalogue of the exhibition?
You can purchase a printed catalogue along with the ticket. Also you can use the online version on the website.
Is it possible to deposit a suitcase?
No, according to the safety rules, we do not accept any things for storage, there is no such service at the exhibition.
How to print documents at the Exhibition Center?
They can be printed at the "Service Center" post near the hall, the location can be specified on the big plan in the foyer or in the guidebook. This service is paid.
Is there a wi-fi within the show?
No, Crocus Expo has its own wi-fi network, however, we cannot guarantee the quality of its work.
How does the mobile communication in the pavilion operate?
From time to time, due to large crowds of people, mobile communication is not available in the exhibition hall. We recommend going out of the pavilion for urgent calls. If you are planning a visit with friends or colleagues, we recommend choosing a meeting place in order not to look for each other during the exhibition in case of possible communication failures.
Is there an ATM in the pavilion?
Yes, there are ATMs in the pavilion, their location can be specified on the Crocus Expo website or on the exhibition plan. ATMs are also located in Vegas trade center, which is a 5-minute walk from the exhibition pavilion.
I'm at the exhibition on a business trip. Where can I put a stamp on a travel certificate?
In the office of the exhibition organiser.
Where can I have dinner at the exhibition?
A large food court and a cafe are conveniently located at the 2nd level of the exhibition pavilion - right above the Halls, where the exhibition runs.
How can I find WC at the exhibition?
WCs are located both inside each exhibition hall (near the entrance) and on the territory of the food court (Level 2).
After the Event
How can I find a company by its name after the exhibition?
The exhibitor directory of the exhibition continues to function on the website for another six months after the completion of the exhibition. Look through it, find the right company and you will see additional information about it in its profile.
How can I contact an exhibitor if I lost a business card?
You can find contacts of all exhibitors in the exhibitor directory, which continues its work on the website for another six months after the completion of the exhibition.
I accidentally found out about the exhibition. How can I get information about the next show in advance?
You can subscribe to the news of the exhibition for free and thanks to it you will receive an email notification about the start of registration for the next exhibition. In addition, you will be the first to learn about all the news of the exhibition and recommendations for visiting it.
How can I contact the organiser of the exhibition?
